A footwear producer announced that it now combines CAD/CAM product design, ERP-backed mass production and AQL-standard final inspections with a new real-time API, enabling clients to let both applications “talk to each other” and monitor orders more transparently, initially for beta customers.

The company says the goal is to make sourcing and private-label manufacturing “just as imagined” by giving brands a single pipeline: sketching in the Design Office, modeling and outsole work in-house, ERP-controlled production on six lines, and quality acceptance under internationally used AQL levels. With the API layer, buyers that already run their own order or PLM systems will be able to pull status data without manual updates.

Design office handles sketches to prototypes

According to the statement, all patterns, graphics, print files and outsole designs are prepared in the Product Design Office and Modeling Room by expert designers using CAD/CAM software. Clients that already have patterns, 3D files or molds can e-mail them to be adapted to the factory format. For files over 25 MB, the firm recommends using cloud services or requesting an erfe@cloud disk share via the sales representative.

R&D focuses on sustainable and special materials

The R&D team is positioned to source renewable materials, recycled yarns, organic and eco-friendly uppers, 100% natural shoes, antibacterial linings, waterproof boots, color-changing dyes, vegan footwear and digital-print projects. Social-compliance audits such as Disney, FAMA, SEDEX, BSCI, F2000 and WRAP are said to be available or ready to apply, while physical and chemical tests are run with accredited labs, including ecological and disposable certificates.

AQL-based final inspection

Final inspections are carried out by trained inspectors under AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, allowing buyers to pick the level that best matches their own quality policy. The company underlined that the new API will not replace physical checks, but will make it clearer when a lot passed AQL and is ready to ship.
